General
Welcome to xShellz. Services are provided by xShellz (www.xshellz.com). Our order process is conducted by our authorized Merchant of Record, who also handles billing-related inquiries and returns. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of xShellz.

By clicking "Sign up" or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Acceptable Use Policy
To maintain a high-quality environment for all users, we strictly enforce our usage policies. Violation of these rules may result in immediate and permanent account suspension without notice.

    Free Plan Restrictions

  • Running any type of server is not permitted for free users.
  • The hosting or distribution of malware or malicious scripts is strictly prohibited.
  • Cryptocurrency mining of any kind is not allowed.
  • Running exploits or attempting to breach server security is forbidden.
  • Users may not participate in DDoS attacks or unauthorized network scanning.
  • The service may not be used for email spam or unsolicited messaging.
  • Network tunneling and reverse shells are not permitted.
  • The use of "!keep" scripts or automation to bypass inactivity is prohibited.
  • Only one (1) background process or IRC connection is allowed; if you require more, please consider our $7/mo plan.
  • Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited.
  • Running an IRCd is not allowed on free servers.

Prohibited usage on paid plan
While paid plans offer higher limits, the following activities remain strictly prohibited:
  • Hosting malware or malicious software.
  • Running exploits or unauthorized security testing.
  • Engaging in DDoS attacks or network disruptions.
  • Using the server for spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Unauthorized tunneling or network manipulation.
Service information
  • Our infrastructure utilizes Debian Linux distributions, providing users with a standard SSH prompt.
  • Maintenance: Free shell accounts must be manually extended every 2 weeks via the xPanel to remain active.
  • You are welcome to use your shell for IRC-related activities (excluding IRCd on free plans).
  • Paid shells do not have expiration requirements and include premium features as detailed on our pricing page.
Billing
xShellz accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Please note that virtual credit cards are not accepted.
We utilize an authorized Merchant of Record (the "Payment Processor") to facilitate billing. All payments are validated by the Payment Processor. We do not store, log, or view your full credit card or PayPal credentials. Transactions are subject to the Payment Processor’s terms and privacy policies. YOU MUST PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE, AND ACCURATE BILLING INFORMATION. YOU AGREE TO PROMPTLY UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT (SUCH AS CHANGES IN ADDRESS OR CARD EXPIRATION) AND NOTIFY US OR PAYMENT PROCESSOR IF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS COMPROMISED OR CANCELED. UNLESS YOU TERMINATE YOUR PAID SERVICES, WE MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOUR SAVED PAYMENT METHOD FOR ACTIVE SERVICES.

If an account balance is overdue, xShellz may send up to five email notifications within a 10-day period. Following this period, the shell will be suspended. xShellz reserves the right to delete suspended shells and all associated data after the final termination notice.
