### 📰 xNews — Now Community-Powered

### 💬 Live Support Chat
A live chat widget is now in the app. Hit the chat bubble if you're stuck and a team member will respond. Off-hours messages go to our support queue.
### ⌘K Command Palette
Press `⌘K` (or `Ctrl+K` on Windows/Linux) anywhere in the app to open the command palette. Search pages, jump to settings, or find threads — all from your keyboard. Mobile users get a dedicated search trigger in the\
top bar.
### 🛠Shell Tooling Improvements
Quality-of-life upgrades for shell users: one-click SSH key copying, a built-in password generator, and a live session expiry countdown.

## What's Coming
### 🔓 xShellz Open Source Agent: \~2 weeks
This is the big one. We're releasing the xShellz agent as open source. The agent manages your shell sessions, handles reconnections, and exposes the API your connectors talk to. Open sourcing it means:
- Community-contributed connectors and integrations
- Self-hostable agent for enterprise and private environments
- Full transparency into session management
- A foundation for the community to build on
We'll publish the repo, the protocol spec, and a getting-started guide all at once. **Watch this thread for the announcement.**
### 💳 Billing Improvements
A revamped billing section: cleaner plan overview, usage breakdowns, and a smoother upgrade/downgrade flow. The new version will make it much easier to understand what you're paying for.
### 🔧 More on the Roadmap
- Improved connector reliability
- Expanded shell region options
- Public API for programmatic session management
More details as they get closer to ready.
