I used the alternative irc that is inbuilt in the website then type !approval etc then on sending that error shows up

WHat Filepicker application and why did you used VPN to approve your account on xShellz? If your intentions are legit, you should not use VPN to approve your account with us.

There is no record of you trying to !approve <shellname> in the channel so I have _no_ clue what you are talking about. Try asking an admin _in_ the channel for assistance.
