access denied / xShellz

After the last downtime, i try to login in my account and im unable to login, everytime i'm getting the error message of "access denied" but the username and password are ok, what should i do?

pd: of course that i'm aware about the case sensitive, but both of them, username and password are well written, so i dont know whats wrong.

We're not yet done configuring the free server. We request you to be patient until we're done configuring the server. If you've no luck even after that, kindly join #xshellz and we'll sort it out. Thank you.

We're up and running again on free server. You should be able to login now.

Hello, i'm having the same problem. I am entering in my username and password, but getting the access denied reply after entering the password. I've tried multiple times but without success.
