Hello there! I think the rules are pretty clear about that, but still I want to be totally secure about this. "No servers permitted" means that I can't run a webpage here, since I should rewuire a webserver to do that. Am I correct?
That's correct uroboros. No server processes on the free shell.
You can run webpage on masteruk (paid server), which does have webserver running. On the freeserver this was an idea to be discussed and might be implemented in the future.
