issue with free shell

I can connect to FTP but I can't connect to telnet or SSH what am I doing wrong ?
How are you connecting to the server, what hostname and port? If you use putty and trying to connect on free server, type this inside your shell:
ssh -vvv [email protected]

Hello i have the same problem on the free shell despite typing that command , should we type it before the password connection?

Yes, first you type this and then you type ssh password.
