That seems like an IRC connection, but shell server works fine, ssh into it. You need probably to start your irc bouncer (znc/eggdrop etc..)

If those errors are from irc bouncers, you need to login to the shell via SSH and start them again, since server was rebooted.

the case is that you randomly restart the shells without notice

this makes the service totally untrustable for irc

It is a free server, it had connection issues anyway so hard reboot was required. If you want more stable server, go with the paid solutions which we offer.
