How i can install a package?? / xShellz

I had installed a package called Monero miner and it doesn´t do anything.... is these package to mine monero??

Also I tried with Windows 7 but I can´t open any Win7 VPS, what am I doing??

Mining scripts are not allowed on our shells. And we provide Debian shells and not Windows7.
