We are introducing a few updates to our Free Shell Plan starting this February. Please take note of the following changes:
Extension Period: The extension period will be adjusted from two weeks to one week (160 hours) per plan.
Support Access: Official ticket support will now be reserved for paid users. We encourage our free-tier users to utilize the Community Section for any questions or troubleshooting assistance.
