Hi there, I would like to download backups from my free xShellz account. This is my command:

scp [email protected]:/home/h/$remoteuser/backup/s2-2025-09-02-10-49-21.tar.gz /home/$localuser/Downloads/

The remote and local URLs seems to be proper. I tried to connect also by FileZilla, but it gave me this error:
Fatal: unable to initialise SFTP on server: could not connect

What am I doing wrong?
