Can't change shell password / xShellz

Hello,

after logging into xPanel, I can not seem to set / reset my SSH password. After clicking on the option 'set shell password', the progress window / popup keeps going on undefinitely but no change in password.

Any help?

There were some issues with the free server, can you try changing password now?

I have attempted to ssh into my free shell and, for the last several days, it has refused to accept my password for the shell account. It keeps giving me "permission denied, pleasetry again" errors until the third try when it gives "permission denied (publickey, password)". The most recent set of attempts was about five minutes ago.
