How should I go about the problem with missing .pm modules on free shell here?

All my known methods crash either at lack of sudo access, limit of space(I think?) or massive tree of dependencies to deep to traverse (I tried).

The module in question is XML::LibXML

I can always rewrite the script to use some raw format for saving data, but that would lower human readability a lot. Is there something I could do without engaging admins to install it "up above"?
